MIRA Wins Top Employer Award |

MIRA has won the Warwickshire Employer of Choice Award 2005 in the 'Corporate' category. The awards were announced this week at a ceremony at the Warwick Hilton following an application and judging process organised by Warwickshire County Council.
MIRA's application was made in August of this year. The application included details of MIRA's many flexible working practices and benefits.
A significant part of MIRA's application was dedicated to the very successful Work Life Balance programme which was launched last year. The programme gives all staff the right to request a flexible working pattern to spend more time with their family or to pursue a hobby or non work-related training programme.
