Automotive EMC Club

The National Automotive EMC Club set up under the DTI’s EMC awareness scheme in 1993 is run by MIRA as a service to the automotive industry.

Membership of the automotive EMC club is appropriate for:

• Vehicle manufacturers
• Vehicle accessory manufacturers
• Automotive industry infra-structure equipment manufacturers
• Garage equipment manufacturers

Members of the club have access to the following:

• Free discussions of EMC problems
• Free environmental requirements advice
• Industry specific seminars
• Cost effective automotive EMC training

Through MIRA’s Certification Services club members have access to automotive relevant advice on EC, EEC and ECE directives/regulations. There are over 200 registered members of the National Automotive EMC Club. Life Membership is secured by making a one off payment of £50.00 to MIRA Ltd.
