MIRA Technology Park (MTP) offers our customers:

  • World Class facilities in a Central Midlands location
  • Direct access to the UK's most comprehensive suite of transport R&D facilities
  • Extensive test, development and vehicle engineering expertise available from the MIRA team

MIRA plays host to the UK’s largest automotive technology park serving over 30 businesses operating in the transport R&D sector. MIRA Technology Park (MTP) currently offers a range of facilities available to rent/lease including:

  • Small garages and workshop facilities
  • Secure project centres (88m2 – 245m2) in single, double or triple bay configurations with secure external compounds and high quality office accommodation for up to 14 staff
  • Office accommodation in various configurations for teams of up to 25 staff

We also have a selection of stand alone customer project facilities (260m2 – 1000m2). These offer more bespoke solutions and can be offered on longer lease arrangements.
