The Control Centre Building is under construction. This is the latest addition to the MIRA Technology Park (MTP) client facilities and will have six 234m2 secure project centres.
The project centres are configurable to client requirements in terms of office size/layout. All have the option of a mezzanine floor for additional space. The facility is located adjacent to the entrance to the Proving Ground well inside the secure zone and so benefits from 24 hour security.
At one end of the Control Centre a four storey office complex will be constructed which will provide additional office space available to lease, these would typically be premium office units ranging from 33m2 to 72m2 . The office complex will also provide state of the art conference and meeting room facilities available to rent.
Were now in a position to let space in the Control Centre in anticipation of the building completion on 31st March 2012.
We are now at an advanced stage with our planning and development activities for the new MIRA Technology Park (MTP). This 87.5 hectare, 1.5 million square foot development will create a platform for the rapid delivery of bespoke R&D centres ranging from start up facilities right up to major European R&D operations.
