Our facilities offer all the modern communication technologies, private GSM and cellular networks, fully configurable wireless networks and state of the art vehicle to vehicle communications based on draft 802.11p WAVE standard.
To ensure our ITS technologies and systems meet the challenging demands of the automotive and defence standards MIRA has invested significant efforts in the processes and tools used in all areas of the ITS control systems development and validation.
MIRA is investing in a unique ITS laboratory facility that will allow for the test and validation of the modelled based systems and works in collaboration with the innovITS-Advance ITS test track. This collaborative facility offers a unique ‘living lab’ environment.
Since 2006 MIRA has been developing technologies key to the requirements of a world class pre-crash test capability. New investments in MIRA’s ITS laboratory and our unique network assisted vehicle programme will bring to market a unique facility to our clients that can be tailored to specific needs and systems.
